Finding the best dance practice for your personality depends on a
few key components. It may also depend on what side of the bed you woke
up & how you are driven to express yourself on any one particular
day. Whilst this is all fundamentally my interpretation it is
still up to you as an individual to attend a class, session, gig,
course etc to make the final decision.

Conscious dance includes any form of dance
whereupon the dancer has
an intention to go beyond their everyday awareness and expand
consciously through dance to an altered state. This could be Trance
dance, Kundalini dance, Transformational dance, 5 rhythms, Ecstatic
Temple Dance, Soul in Motion, Essence Dance, NIA, Divine Dance, Peace
Dance, West Zen dance, Chakra dance, Wu Tao dance, or dance movement
healing ...just to name a few.
